About this apartment rental
This beautifully renovated 3 bedroom unit in the Eagle's Nest Condominium complex is located just a short shuttle ride away from the slopes or hiking trails on Mt. Crested Butte. The open floor plan makes cooking a breeze while still enjoying the time with your family and friends. A great kitchen that is fully equipped with anything you may need to cook. The main floor and the bathrooms all have heated floors, keeping your toes toasty on those chilly winter days. Two bedrooms are located on the floor above the main floor with a third bedroom being the top floor. The master bedroom has an in suite bathroom with a balcony looking out at Mt. Crested Butte! The location is great and easy to get to any recreational activities as well as down to the town of Crested Butte. After your day on the slopes or exploring the many trails in the area come back and soak your tired legs in the hot tub and end the evening sitting by the cozy fireplace. With beautiful views and everything you need to make your stay a memorable one, this unit is a perfect setting for your vacation in any season.

This unit's amenities include a shared outdoor hot tub, two decks facing Mt. CB, a garage and in house washer and dryer among others! The condo is also near a free shuttle stop over to the base area of the mountain. The owner supplies one bundle of wood for your use in the fireplace.
NOTE: The hot tub is closed mid-September through Thanksgiving for maintenance.
*First Tracks is a free shuttle service that will transport you to and from the base area during the winter and summer months. All of the information you need is located in the property binder once you arrive.

We require one of two options for you regarding damage protection. We recommend you to purchase damage protection for $55. The location, cleanliness, and amenities were all outstanding. However, if you want to fit more than 4 people on a deck this is not the place.

The condo was great. My two teenagers 17 and 19 and my husband and I stayed there. Everyone had their own room and we had views of the ski mountain. The free shuttle service was awesome and we were able to get to the mountain to ski within minutes. I would not recommend this condo for too many people or kids just because the living area next to the kitchen is the only place for everyone to convene. Loved the wood burner stove as well. It kept us cozy during a very cold weekend! Would def. stay there again!

This is a nice, updated condo that has beautiful views of Mt. Crested Butte from the living and master bedroom. It is in the lower section of Eagles Nest condos, walking distance (about 10 mins) down hill (on the way) or up (on the way back), and across a pedestrian bridge to/from the base area. We either walked or drove down/up. FirstTracks shuttle is a good option (kind of like a free Uber) and will take you to/from the condo and the base. I should have read the listing more carefully, but for two families with teenagers, we were pretty packed in. I would say this condo is a good value and works best for one family or two with small kids. Eight (full-sized) people plus all our ski gear was tight, but do-able. King beds were comfortable, bunks fine, single bed in guest bedroom is a fold-out chair (not great). The property was clean, check in/out were a breeze and it was convenient to have a washing machine and kitchen. We had a couple of issues during our stay and the property managers were responsive and tried to be helpful, but not always able to address the issue during our stay (dishwasher needs repair, power outage was out of their control). Lastly, the small goodie basket with Emergen-C packets etc. was appreciated, but having a couple more staple kitchen items (beyond salt and pepper) and tiny hotel soap would have been nice, and a few more supplies (only 3 garbage bags provided).
