Welcome to our Crested Butte Vacation Home. We look forward to hosting you for every occasion and season. Our newly remodeled 3 BR, 2.5 bathroom townhome has breathtaking, unobstructed views of Mt. Crested Butte. Fully stocked kitchen, fireplace, garage, 2 private balconies, free wifi, shared hot tub & sauna. Our home also features a private, one-car garage and parking for up to 2 total cars with a parking pass. Easy access to nearby ski slopes and hiking trails for the ultimate Rocky Mountain experience! No pets, no smoking.

THE HOME:
Perched high on a ridge directly across from Crested Butte Mountain Resort, this three story, three bedroom townhome has everything you need for an all-season mountain experience! Our townhome is the perfect balance between luxury vacation rental and historic mountain retreat. The moment you experience the sunrise from the living room and master bedroom’s private balconies and windows, you will feel relaxed and ready for vacation. This townhome also features spectacular 180 degree views of the rocky mountains, including Mt. Crested Butte ski slopes. When the weather is chilly, cozy up in the living room by the wood pellet stove fireplace (wood pellets provided). The fully-equipped kitchen will appeal to the chef in the family; we have provided everything you need to make preparing meals a breeze! After a day of playing in the mountains, relax in the hot tub or sauna, just a few steps from the front door. The home has cable television, a full-sized washer and dryer, and an attached 1-car garage. Plug your phone into our Bluetooth speaker to enjoy your favorite tunes. The balcony features a spacious seating area for enjoying the breathtaking views.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: This is a 3 bedroom townhome.
• Bedroom 1 (Master): 1 king bed, en-suite bath, cable TV, private balcony with breathtaking views
• Bedroom 2 (Junior Master): 1 queen bed, shared bath. This room also has a cozy chair for curling up with a good book to enjoy some quiet time and a desk with a large mirror (for either putting on makeup or getting some work done).
• Bedroom 3 w/loft: 2 twin beds. It’s the ultimate kids hangout! The ladder to the loft is attached to the wall vertically, so it’s not ideal for older folks or wee little ones, but it is a cool place for teens and tweens to hangout.
• Living Room: 1 queen sleeper sofa in the living room.
• For the wee one’s: We have 2 pack-n-plays (please bring your own sheets), a high chair and a baby gate to block off the stairs.

Self check-in/out: Guests will enjoy self check-in/check-out through an electronic lock with a personalized access code. Check-in time is 4pm on the day of your arrival. Check-out time is 10am.
Parking: Private 1-car garage and parking for up to 2 total cars with a parking pass. No trailers allowed.

GETTING AROUND
Our home features a one-car private garage and parking for up to 2 total cars with a parking pass. It’s also very easy to hop on the free Mountain Express Shuttle, which stops right at the complex and will take you directly to the base of the mountain or through our colorful, historic town! Or, step out the front door and take a scenic 8-minute walk to the base in the crisp mountain air.
The shuttle stops at Eagles Nest and goes straight to the base. Walking to the base area takes about 10 minutes. Please note: the driveway is a short switchback. In the winter, it is maintained regularly and (like many areas in CB) is manageable with 4WD/AWD.

The home was very cozy and comfortable with a beautiful view and great communication from the host. We were welcomed by a complimentary bottle of wine, which was a nice touch. There are games in the closet, plenty of blankets for warmth, back stock of supplies, etc. When asked if there was a coffee maker so we could use our own coffee rather than the flavored pods, the host purchased one at the local hardware store for us to pick up (their other machine had just broken with the last renter). I greatly appreciated the prompt response! The house was a little stuffy upon arrival, but there are screens in the windows to air it out. This home required a little more than others for check out, such as loading the first batch of laundry and taking trash to a location that is not within the complex, but nothing too cumbersome. Parking is limited to one car in the garage and one outside, but we had 2 trucks between our large party and neither would fit in the garage, so keep that in mind. I was happy with my experience and would stay there again!

Great location, the property was in great shape, easy to check-in, and hosts were helpful and communicative. We were a party of 3 in town for a week of mountain biking and hiking. The property is located centrally in the resort area, which is a 5 minute drive from town. We found the property a great place to explore the area and access trailheads. Driving down to the town was easy, parking was never a problem. We cooked dinner each night and the kitchen had everything we needed. We would stay here again!

Very spacious and well maintained condo with great views . The host is very responsive and helpful. Short distance to free shuttle bus and numerous hiking/biking trails. The two separate balconies were great to enjoy morning coffee. Strongly recommend.
