About this apartment rental
The Outrun Condos are located on Crested Butte Mountain adjacent to the ski area. You’ll have spectacular mountain views! Amenities for the complex include saunas and a hot tub to soak in the mountains. Even catch up during a competitive game of tennis at the property's communal tennis court. 2 permitted vehicles are allotted. It is strongly encouraged that 1 vehicle be parked in the garage. The shuttle bus stop is on the south end of the Outrun property.
This 3 bedroom, 2 full bath condo is most popular for its garage to store your toys and breathtaking views of the mountain. This condo entrance is located on the second floor above the garage. Upon entering, you’ll see the stretched floor plan with a kitchen, dining, and living room with a large balcony. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you’ll need to prepare a meal for your friends or family. Seating is available for 6 available at the dining room table and additional seating at the bar-style kitchen counter. Comfortable seating in the living room, boasting a wood-burning fireplace and access to the balcony with mountain views. This end unit in a very quiet portion of the Outrun Condos is located above the garage, up one flight of stairs. Once you're in the condo, the layout is all on the same floor, and the master bedroom with a king bed has its own ensuite bathroom and balcony. The other guest bedrooms are located on the same level down the hall, one with a queen bed and the other with two sets of bunks. A washer and dryer are available in the condo. 2 permitted vehicles are allotted. It is strongly encouraged that 1 vehicle be parked in the garage.
The FREE condo loop shuttle runs year-round for transportation to and from the mountain base area. Summer schedule runs every 20 minutes; winter schedule runs every 15 minutes; shoulder seasons every 40 minutes. The bus stop is 140 yards from the condo. The transit center at the mountain base area is a 10-minute walk from the Outrun Condos or take the condo loop shuttle. From the transit center, you can access the FREE Town Shuttle with service to the Town of Crested Butte and the surrounding area.
Crested Butte Lodging & Property Management provides the basic comforts of home. Upon your arrival, you’ll find that we supply all linens, towels, and paper goods. This includes paper towels, toilet paper, starter shower kits, coffee packets with powder creamer and sugar, kitchen towels, dish sponges, dish soap, and dish detergent. If you would like to arrange housekeeping services during your stay, please contact our office to schedule for a modest fee.

We were two families in this condo for a long 4th of July weekend. Plenty of space for all 8 of us even when eating. Condo is a short walk to Mt Crested Butte base area. Free town shuttle is right on the street. Complex has a hot tub. It wasn’t clear if we had access to the pool and game room where we checked in.

Pictures on the website were deceiving, small rooms which needed updating & repairs. Not a place to stay if you cannot do stairs.
