BUILDING NOTICE: May 14, 2026
As part of the AOAO’s ongoing commitment to safety and property improvements, the Maintenance Department and its contractor will be conducting the Annual Preventative Maintenance, cleaning, and repairs for the 6th Floor Swimming Pool, Jacuzzi, and Pool Deck areas.
The pool deck area will be closed beginning Sunday, November 8 at 9:00 p.m. and is scheduled to reopen on Monday, November 16 at 7:00 a.m., weather permitting. During this time, the Pool/Jacuzzi access gate will be locked and secured, and all amenities within the area will be unavailable for use throughout the maintenance period.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation during this important maintenance project.

- Condo Supplies: dish soap, body wash, travel size shampoo, conditioner, paper towel & toilet papers (Guests supply their own once these run out).
Check in is at 3:30PM — Check out is at 10:30AM
Since another guest may check out the same day you arrive, to guarantee an early Check-In, reserve the condo for the night prior to arrival.

We have our own in house maintenance, cleaning team, and professional property managers located in our Waikiki office who are available by phone 24/7 in case of emergencies.

What an amazing rental. This place had everything!! My family and I really enjoyed the BBQ spot, the nice pool, and the location. Would defiantly rent again on our next vacation.

Location is central and convenient to everything. Room was clean and tidy, well stocked, and had everything needed for a comfortable stay.

We had a great stay here. The condo is fully equipped with everything you need. I loved how clean it was when we checked in. It is very accessible to the beach, restaurants, markets and more. We highly recommend this condo.

Pretty tight quarters, but it suited our needs. The socket in the bathroom did not work, several light bulbs were burned out, and the couch had seen better days. A stray ceramic tile was on the floor.
