BUILDING NOTICE: May 14, 2026
As part of the AOAO’s ongoing commitment to safety and property improvements, the Maintenance Department and its contractor will be conducting the Annual Preventative Maintenance, cleaning, and repairs for the 6th Floor Swimming Pool, Jacuzzi, and Pool Deck areas.
The pool deck area will be closed beginning Sunday, November 8 at 9:00 p.m. and is scheduled to reopen on Monday, November 16 at 7:00 a.m., weather permitting. During this time, the Pool/Jacuzzi access gate will be locked and secured, and all amenities within the area will be unavailable for use throughout the maintenance period.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation during this important maintenance project.

-Beach chairs, boogie board, and one cooler
-Bed linens (including one set of linens and one blanket for each bed), bath towels, beach towels, and kitchen towels
-Dishes, silverware, and cookware (including a coffee maker, tea kettle, rice cooker, and blender)
-Hair dryer, iron, and ironing board
-Starter condo supplies, including dish soap, dish sponge, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, paper towels, and toilet paper (guests are responsible for replenishing supplies during their stay)
CHECK-IN IS 3:30PM — CHECK-OUT IS 10:30AM
Since another guest may check out the same day you arrive, to guarantee an early Check-In, reserve the condo for the night prior to arrival.

The vacation rental was very clean.
I was more than happy with the location.

Good position, nice little walk to the beach. Plenty of coffee shops and food available closeby. Had its own Mini-mart, well stocked and convenient on the 6th floor.Good laundry, excellent pool and spa (very clean every day)- didn't try the sauna or small gym areas. Room was basic but clean and adequete eating and cooking facilities. Balcony sliding door needs some maintenance. Plenty of linen, and beach stuff to use. The lifts ran very well for the 43 floors it had to service. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The management company was awesome and was fast to respond to any concerns we had. The building offered a lot of convenient amenities. It had a great pool, convenience store, laundry facilities, restaurant and car rental. It was in a central location where you could walk to almost anything. The unit had a great patio but the unit itself needs a lot of updating. The kitchen and bathroom were very small and dated with no space to move around. The beds did not have conventional mattresses with no support hard to get in and out of.
