This large, spacious condo allows for all the luxuries of home plus the breathtaking views of the white sandy beaches on the Gulf of Mexico. Guests can enjoy the spacious balcony overlooking the Gulf that has entries from the living room and master suite and guest bedroom. The large balcony is wonderful for outside dining or just relaxing in the lounge chairs.
This condo has 3 spacious bedrooms . The master bedroom is gulf front with a balcony access. The master bedroom has a king bed and master bath attached. The guest bedroom is also furnished with a king bed. The third bedroom has a bunk bed with a full mattress on bottom and a twin mattress on top. The bedrooms have 32"-40" flat screen "smart" televisions for our guests to enjoy.
The living room provides for an exquisite view of the gulf. There is a large sliding glass door for entry to the balcony. There is a 50" flat screen television In the living room.
Guests that enjoy cooking can make themselves at home in the fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, solid wood cabinets and stainless steel appliances.
The dining room table seats 4 comfortably. There is also a bar for extra seating.
The laundry room is equipped with a full size washer and dryer, brooms, mops and other cleaning supplies.
This location can't be beat! You can take a short walk to the Hangout or Pink Pony Pub to the west or you can walk to the East where you can fish or just take a leisurely walk on the State Pier.
The unit offers free wi-fi. Guests may park in the parking area or in the covered garage.
The condominium complex offers many amenities including: both indoor and outdoor pools, kids splash pad, hot tubs, sauna/steam rooms, fitness room and grills.
There are at least 10 top quality golf courses, several movie theaters, miniature golf courses, lots of restaurants and shopping within minutes of the complex.
The Gulf Shores area is family-friendly with many activities for all ages.
Please keep in mind that this condo is non-smoking. Smoking is not allowed on the balcony. Pets are not allowed.

We stayed here june 22nd-june26th The room was very clean they had everything we needed for great stay!The view was amazing easy beach access close to restaurants and entertainment! The host was very helpful with any questions we had we would definitely stay here again!

The condo is exactly as pictured it's perfect. The balcony is perfect for early mornings and late nights.my only "complaint" is that the elevator is packed and it may take a long time to get a elevator but overall it is an amazing place to stay .

Good location, great beach access, walking distance to lots of things. Property could really use another set of elevators, someone was stuck in them & they were shut down the second night. Great other than that

The condo itself was as described, but it had multiple broken chairs in the porch. The facilities were very poor. 2 elevators for 20 floors! So we waited a long time for the elevators. And on the 4th of July one broke down. All to say climbing 9 flights of stairs with little ones was not good. Parking is a major issue. Parking spots are the size for mini cooper size cars. And difficulty finding spots. The guard told us they sell more parking passes than they have spaces so it’s always hard to find a spot. Also told us the overflow parking was 5 miles down the road. Pool- don’t expect to spend any time in the pool area. Pool is very small and very few lounge chairs. My guess is the outside part of the pool was 12x12. They had a splash area for little kids and no one really monitored it, so I think people coming from the beach were just using it. It was too crowed for even the little ones. Realizing it was the Fourth of July and very busy, would never recommend going on a holiday weekend! The view from the balcony was great, and we were located near a lot of restaurants and shopping so didn’t have to move our car…. Which we didn’t want to fight for parking again. I can honestly say because of the pool facilities, and parking issues I would not ever stay here again.
