Location!! Location!! Beautiful, spacious condo with breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico. This 3 bedroom/bathroom condo has it all! This unit has (2) king beds and a custom built queen over queen bunkbeds. This unit has (3) full bathrooms,. Fully stocked kitchen, granite countertops, ice maker.
Parking passes are $50/each, max of (2) passes. Passes can be purchased on site or San Carlos' HOA website. Passes are per length of stay.
$75 Management fee is for non-refundable damage insurance thru Safely.
1. No smoking or vaping allowed in the unit or the common areas.
2. Do not sit on furniture in wet swimsuits or with suntan oil on.
3. Loud music that disturbs others is not allowed
4. Lock the door when you leave the property anytime during your stay. Press the "lock" symbol on keypad to lock the door.
5. No cooking on balcony.
6. Do not feed the birds.
7. Do not hang items on balcony railings.
8. Glass is not permitted in pool areas or on the beach.
9. Furniture is not be removed from the unit.
10. Pets are not allowed in the unit.
11. I give permission to the property manager to use a third-party to verify my identity and check criminal databases to confirm my reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest verification can be provided by the property manager. You may receive an email to complete your screening.
