The amenity starter pack includes the following items: one dishwasher detergent packet, one miniature bottle of dishwashing liquid soap, one roll of paper towels, one trash can liner in each trash can, one packet of powder laundry detergent, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one bath soap bar in each full bathroom, and one hand soap bar in each bathroom. Each property is set up with four bath towels, four washcloths, two hand towels, and one bath mat, per full bathroom. One hand towel is provided for each half bathroom. Sheets, pillowcases and quilts are provided for each bed in the property.
What we recommend you bring: Paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, hairdryer, napkins, condiments, spices, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, beach towels, umbrella, beach toys, sunscreen, and anything else you may need for your perfect vacation.

Managed by a management company. No extras, like coffee or filters, shampoo or conditioner, beach towels or extra blankets. Be prepared to bring your own toilet paper if staying over 24 hours. Asked about wrist bands for the pool and didn’t get a reply back, luckily no one checked on it. Pool area is small and mostly shaded. There is a splash pad that looks fun for smaller kids. Love Golf Shores, so the location and beach are beautiful.

Overall good. But check in was a nightmare. Gave us the wrong code. Took forever to get another one. After we traveled 19 hours to get there. It wasn’t fun waiting outside. Did not provide wristbands or a parking pass. (Which wasn’t communicated anywhere beforehand) Speaking with guests with different hosts. Theirs were provided. It would have been a nice touch for at least wristbands to be provided. After that mishap the stay was fine. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen well stocked with utensils and gadgets. Crock pot was a pleasant surprise. Furnished nice and decorated very cute. Overall we would stay again. If check went smooth it would have been so much better.

Great view, nice space, comfy bed, loved having a washer/dryer. The only downfalls were the elevator situation. Imagine driving 12 hours only to wait 45 minutes to take you 14 flights to your room and then the door code didn’t work. Then we had to talk to someone who I could barely hear. The elevator was a struggle the entire vacation.

While the space itself was what was advertised, the kitchen could have been stocked with utensils and such a little better (I ended up buying a few for the week), and there wasn’t extra blankets for the pull out couch. I ended up doing laundry multiple times due to one towel each person, so perhaps additional linens to be provided could be a plus. The elevator situation made the trip not nearly as pleasant as it should have been. One elevator for the entire building, the entire week, and nonstop lines to get up or down. Very frustrating, especially since I had specifically asked in Sept, as we’d seen it was happening, and the host company advised it would be done by then. Both elevators being worked on the entire stay was incredibly inconvenient. Hopefully that was a one time thing, and future guests won’t have to deal with that. This condo was nice, and furniture and beds comfortable, and balcony exactly as advised, I would not recommend more than 5-6 people. Thankfully a beautiful week in Gulf Shores, and the space was good! We appreciate you all for our stay, and hopefully those elevators stay working!
