BRING YOUR BOAT!
Your perfect island getaway starts the minute you pull up to this tropical oasis. Sitting directly on the Sound, you have your own private beach, boat slip, and dock. Cast your reel and grill your catch just outside your door!
This beautifully appointed home in a gated community is brand new to the rental market. All new furnishings, bedding, and everything you need to make this the perfect getaway vacation.
Upon entering, you will be captivated by the water view from the wall of windows that lead out to your private deck. The open concept floor plan allows your entire group to be together while cooking in the gourmet kitchen (SS appliances, gas stove, high-end cabinetry, and marble countertops), dining, catching a show on the large screen TV, or just watching the boats go by on the Intracoastal.
There is gorgeous new flooring (NO carpeting) throughout.
This main floor also features a king bedroom with a full bath and a jetted tub. A large full-sized laundry room is off the kitchen.
Up one flight (on the floating stairs) is the enormous king-sized primary bedroom with a large en suite bath. The tiled walk-in shower and dual sinks set the tone for luxury. There is also a separate water closet.
A trundle bed, sleeping 2, is also in the primary bedroom if you want to keep the little ones close! There is also a private sound front deck.
Down the hall is the third bedroom with another king and an en suite bath with a tub/shower combo. There is also a small private waterview balcony off this bedroom.
On the ground level, there is a small "game" room, with 2 twin pull-out chairs/beds, large flat screen TV, a half bath, and access to the backyard.
A propane grill is also here for your use.
There is garage parking for 1 car, and driveway parking for 2 more. Note that no street parking is permitted in this neighborhood.
There is an outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day playing in the sand and surf
Just a 2-minute walk to the community pool and tennis court, and the Gulf beach is a short 10-minute walk away.
The owners have added a kayak and a paddleboard to enjoy during your stay!
This is a non-pet-friendly home; smoking is not allowed in the home or on the balconies, and no events are permitted.
Minimum age to rent is 25.

The house was super clean. We loved the little private beach outside our back door. Additionally, the kids enjoyed using the paddleboard, kayak, and bikes.

Our stay was a great experience something I have not always enjoyed from previous rental because the pictures may show one thing but you get to the place and it's not what you expected. This house live up to all of my expectations and more. From the moment we walked in the door we was happy we chose this place. Then you walk up the first flight of stairs and see the spectacular view then that take you to another whole level of WOW! After seeing the first level I didn't think it could get any better so we walked up to the second level to the master bedroom room we was all amazed of the spectacular view from each angle of the room. I could go on and on but you will have to rent it for yourself to see. Instead of 5 stars I would give it a 10 star we will be back.

Sea Breeze was the perfect home to enjoy our month on Navarre Beach. We always need a reset from the holidays, cold weather, and any ailments we are feeling.The home is well maintained. The cleaning fee (although high) was well worth the money because the inside was immaculate as well as the outside being clean too!The home is well stocked and had everything we possibly could need for our longer stay. Spacious Master Bedroom, large comfortable beds, huge TV and the views! We especially liked being able to walk the sound right from the backyard.This is our 4th year on Navarre Beach and Sea Breeze made it just a bit hard to leave. Thank you Blue Moon for your high standards and outstanding service!We will be back.
