Conveniently located in beautiful Navarre Beach sits this gorgeous, family friendly home that is ready to host your crew on your next visit to the Emerald Coast. Ocean Sound is situated in a quiet, gated neighborhood that sits right on the Santa Rosa Sound. It is just a 7 minute walk to the white sands and emerald waters of the Gulf. The neighborhood features an amazing community pool and tennis court. This home has it all!
Inside the home you will find a beautiful, open living room and updated kitchen with fantastic views of the Sound. The private balcony just off the living room is perfect for outdoor meals, morning coffee, or just listening to the waves. Also on the main floor is a queen bedroom, a full bathroom, and an open bunk room area. Upstairs on the third level you will find three more bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The primary suite is absolutely gorgeous with a huge updated en suite, comfortable king bed, and private balcony overlooking the Sound.
There is plenty of parking available for 4 vehicles in the 2 driveways (trailers and street parking are not allowed). The huge oversized garage can also be used for parking or storing all of your beach gear and toys. There is a full size ping pong table and a propane grill. This house was the perfect size for seven adults and three children. The quiet neighborhood home was a nice change from the condos in the highly populated areasthat we’re used to in Navarre. The pool was great, but could use some umbrellas for shade. The home is nice, the living room furniture is comfortable. The beds were WAY too firm for us! There are three blades missing from the vertical blinds in the master bedroom. There was also some mildew on the ceiling around an air vent and a small hole in the wall in another bedroom upstairs.The air conditioner works really well in the home. There is a strong mildew smell in garage area. Two of the four boogie boards are broken. The lower patio area has a rusted out, mildew covered swing that blocks the back door to the backyard and should probably be tossed. I would suggest adding a few kayaks, hanging some outdoor lights and adding a fire pit (if the community allows that). There was a doberman pinscher in the fenced backyard that backs up to this home’s backyard that is pretty scary. The owner was very good about taking the dog in when we would take the kids out. Kitchen had everything you would need. The table in the kitchenette only seats about four people. Overall, the home was nice and we enjoyed our stay.

This is a very nice house, plenty of space for large gatherings, good location, and generally very pleasant. The only reasons we hesitate on giving five stars include the following: the hot tub was broken. It seems like this may be an ongoing theme. This was a large seller for us. The house could stand to be more cozy. More pictures on the wall, better outdoor furniture (only has plastic Adirondack chairs and tables, some cracked), just more of a beachy vibe. The primary shower was able to be warm but just not hot, And the bikes are really needing some love. We brought a tire pump and wd40 with the hopes of helping a bit based on other reviews, but only a couple were actually rideable. With that aside, we were very satisfied. Kitchen was well equipped, there were beach toys, and mgmt was very responsive which was for two minor questions. A little extra attention would make this an absolutely amazing house for a getaway.

House and community were nice. We loved bay’s small beach area for our 4 year old! We watched a bird fish for its dinner, which was fascinating. Third-floor balcony view was amazing! Great communication. Sadly, the pool wasn’t heated (we had cooler weather) yet which we knew from description, and the hot tub didn’t work at all. Owner contacted the HOA and kept us informed, but it wasn’t resolved during our stay. There are multiple bikes, but many were rusted or had flat tires from the salty air. Beds were comfy; kitchen had what we needed. The starter kits in kitchen and bathrooms were a nice touch. Gulf beach was walkable formy husband with a backpack cooler, but we rented a golf cart for our little boy and other items. Overall, a great stay and would return!!
