House was clean and well equipped. Beach accessories could have been better maintained and organized.Minor maintenance issues that cleaning staff should have noticed and reported to have fixed. (handle on shower door in main bedroom, toilet paper holder in half bath, No hand soap in main bath, grill not clean)Lighting in main area and kitchen was great.Elevator nice convenience for moving luggage and groceries and people (we were all over 70)"Game room" was also garage and storage area with building materials and paint cans and an old refrigerator.The refrigerator and ice machine away from main kitchen was nice allowing cocktails, etc to be made while not disturbing cooking. (Side comment: sink was too far from cooktop and ovens and instructions on induction cooktop would have been nice)Being able to heat pool was nice option but not sure what temperature they set it at because it did not feel any warmer and given cooler than average air temperatures, it didn't help .A skimmer for the pool would have been welcome especially considering the insects while we were there. And not their fault but apparently it was mating season for some insect and impacted our stay and use of the deck and pool except for one day and one day they were so thick we couldn't even use the deck area.Notice of a house being constructed next door would have been nice.Access to the beach was great.Access to grocery and other amenities was very good.AND the Blue Angels flew by one afternoon!

Great house! Comfortable furniture and beds. Could not figure out how to turn the living room fan on. The upstairs sliding door did not lock. It would have been nice to have bedside lights for reading. Lots of fridge space! And the pool was great though small.

For paying the price we did, the house inside was fine no side table lights which was annoying the back deck had a cigarette but in a shell holder of some sort the furniture had black marks all over no trash bag in container on deck and the garage/game area was full of paint cans construction supplies a empty TV box not cleaned up and looking nice for the price.I will say the pool was my favorite thing about the house besides the view!!
