About this house rental
This 5 star home has a Nautical theme throughout with granite, stainless steel and hardwood floors. This home is an open concept layout with water and beach views from every window. Our home is in a gated community with a pool and hot tub. Our home sleeps 10 and each room has its own bathroom. Another great thing about this home is the location, on the Santa Rosa Sound beach, and is a 5 minute bike ride to the Gulf. We are located about 25 minutes away from Pensacola Beach and 40 minutes from Destin. This new home includes all the beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, pool floats and 4 bikes to tour the Island!

We had plenty of room. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the property was clean. Everything was as promised. The neighborhood was perfectly suited for our needs, and we enjoyed visiting the beach on both the gulf and sound sides.
