Great Location perfect for multifamily or a group. This 3 BR has 2.5 Baths and a Private Saltwater Pool! Sleeps 10 in Beds (Max guests 10). Just 90 steps from the beach on a local, residential street; no busy road to cross! This is a great home for a large family or two smaller families that care to share the cost of a beach rental.
Minimum age to rent: 25 years
We encourage all guests to purchase travel insurance, such as CFAR (Cancel For Any Reason) or whatever suits your personal needs (weather, COVID, other trip issues).
Silver Sands is a beautifully finished beach house with a large private pool. It is located on the east end of Panama City Beach on Surf Drive just down the street from the popular Longboards Restaurant & Bar and Finns Food truck. Moving in with your beach gear is a breeze with ample parking available just outside the front door for up to 4 full size SUVs. The home is located just 90 steps from beach access, and there is no busy street to cross. The property boasts HDTVs with Rokus throughout the home, live channels via YouTube TV, as well as high speed wifi that is perfect for streaming.
Important: This home sleeps 10 in beds - Maximum guests allowed is 10.
Property is Pet Friendly with pet fee. There is a non refundable pet fee of $150 per pet, up to two pets. Pet owners must clean up after pets. Pets are not allowed on furniture or in the pool under any circumstances. Some restrictions may apply.
All bed linens and interior towels are included. Please bring your own beach and pool towels. Full size washer and dryer are available in the laundry room.
A play yard, high chair, and baby gate are available for guest use. Please note, no linens are provided for the play yard. Additional baby equipment may be rented from BabyQuip.
First Floor includes:
2nd Bedroom with 1 queen bed
3rd bedroom with 4 single beds in bunk beds (2 sets of 2 single bunk beds)
Guest Bathroom with shower tub combo
Laundry Room
2nd Level includes:
Primary Bedroom with King bed and ensuite bathroom (tub, shower, double vanities with sinks, toilet)
Main Kitchen and living space
Half Bathroom
Balcony with an ocean view
The kitchen is well equipped with stainless steel appliances and all the essentials for lovingly prepared meals for the family. Everything you need to serve 10 people is available including dishes, flatware, and glassware. A full set of cookware and utensils are also provided. There is a drip and Keurig coffee maker; bring your own favorite coffee and filters. Dine inside or outside, it's up to you! No waiting in line and no reservations required when you have your own home instead of just a hotel room.
The pool and patio provide ample entertainment. There is a BBQ grill and 4-Across game. The outside shower helps keep the salt and sand outside the home.
This property requires a security deposit, it will be collected separately by the property prior to check in. This security deposit is a hold on the guest's credit card which may be released following check out if no damages have occurred (please refer to rental agreement upon booking).
Note: Two security cameras record the driveway in the front of the property.
ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES
Quiet time is after 9:30 pm and strictly enforced. Parties are not allowed in this quiet residential neighborhood. If you are night owls, this property is not for you. If you bring more people than reflected on your reservation you will be asked to leave without a refund. At least one adult who is 25 years of age. If these rules sound like they won't work - you have 24 hours to cancel penalty-free!
Travel Protection Insurance: Travel protection service is highly recommended and can be purchased directly from a number of independent reputable national providers.
ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING, NO VAPING, NO ELECTRONIC CIGARETTES, OR DRUGS ON THE PREMISES
Florida's hot and humid weather is not only lovely for visitors, but for endemic insects too. Endemic insects and fauna may occasionally find their way into our home. To prevent local resident pests from enjoying our home, we do have regularly scheduled pest control treatments to keep the home pest free. Guests may help prevent insects from joining them by keeping doors and windows closed, wiping down counters, and putting away food properly.
A signed rental agreement and security deposit are required within one week of booking in order to complete your booking as well as an uploaded photo id for age verification purposes.

Very reasonable house for a family of 6. Your feet are touching sand in a minute walk. The ability to find a good spot through the public access walk was easy and not overrun by the condos nearby. The pool was quite warm at peak of day but was refreshing in the evenings. We did wish there was a hose near the entrance door to house rather than having to go back in the pool area to get sand off yourself. Kitchen had everything you needed to make simple meals. The bunk room was fantastic for kids and they loved all being in there. The other bedrooms seemed spacious to us. Beds were comfortable and everyone felt they got great rest. So glad they had the black-out curtains to help with managing afternoon heat wave and not overworking the AC units. Grocery stores were not a far drive nor was the adult beverage stores. Shopping was convenient to PCB proper with about a 20min drive due to speed limit districts. Family adventure centers and water parks are about the same drive distance. Recommend bringing your own beach items or use the vendors the house recommends as there is limited items at the home. Parking at the house was decent for midsize SUV or minivan however a large SUV or truck would take up 2 of the 4 spaces.

Patrick was the best host to date. Property was ready early and check in was seamless. Best stocked kitchen we’ve ever had available. Walk to beach was convenient and the Alibi always has great food and drinks. We will rent again and appreciated them letting us bring our 4-legged family members! Can’t recommend this place/people enuff.
