I love my time at the Summerhouse, because Im right on the ocean being able to watch the sun come up every morning . Pools are heated and a lot of green space. My condo needed more kitchen items. Storm Door does not close needs to be replaced.

We have stayed in this unit previously and it is in serious need of an update. The coffee table leg was broken, every time the dishwasher was opened roaches could be seen crawling around, bathrooms need some serious love, the bed is old, and a water leak caused water to seep up through the vinyl planks (and no one seemed interested in removing some of flooring to prevent mold and check the extent of the issue).
