About this apartment rental
Oceanfront 2 bedroom, 2 bath flat. You enter on the first floor and won't need to worry about climbing stairs. This makes your stay more convenient without the need to carry beach equipment up and down stairs. It is furnished with a king in the master suite, two twins in the guest room, and a sleeper sofa. Three TV's, two DVD's, VCR and a stereo. Carpet in bedrooms, tile in the rest of the unit. Fully equipped kitchen complete with a dishwasher. Unit has a washer/dryer and its own internet access to save your phone on data. Does not accept reservations for less than a week.

SH458 was a very nice condo. Had most everything we needed. There were a few things that I reported. Most got fixed and a couple didn't. Nice relaxing furniture and what a great view. Only bad thing is it just keeps getting more expensive every year. I just hope they don't price us out of there.

Overall a nice unit. It was clean and felt updated. There were however- German cockroaches- we saw them every day in the pantry, dishwasher, counters, etc. I kept everything in the fridge and all of my bags in my car so not to bring them home with me. Other than that, everything worked well and it was a pleasant unit to stay in. If the roach problem can be eliminated, it would be the perfect unit.
