THE UNIT:
Welcome home to Silver Creek unit 2211, your home away from home and an inviting place to spend your next Snowshoe Mountain vacation getaway!
This charming studio is on the second floor, sleeps four people, and is in Silver Creek Lodge, home of the legendary night skiing, 3 of the best terrain parks, and the Coca-Cola Tube Park. When you stay in Silver Creek, you’ll enjoy shorter lift lines, later mid-week rope drops, and a complimentary shuttle to and from the main mountain!
Silver Creek 2211 features a kitchen that is fully stocked with all the basics you'll need to prepare, cook, and serve a delicious meal. Within the cozy space, you’ll find plateware, utensils, pots and pans, coffee maker, Keurig coffee machine, range, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, and toaster.
Or, if you’re tired of preparing your own meals, consider a short stroll to the various dining options right in the building: 1) the Locker Room, where you can eat, drink, watch sports, play games, and enjoy live music during certain nights and 2) the Bear’s Den, featuring lunch and dinner options that include wood-fired oven pizzas, burgers, and more. Please note the Bear’s Den is only open during the ski season and the Locker Room has limited open hours during the summer season.
The studio has a queen bed with 12" memory foam mattress and a sleeper sofa for additional sleeping capacity. The bathroom, with its updated vanity, is conveniently located in the hall.
Your housekeeping package includes clean linens (flat sheets and pillowcases) plus an additional setup for the sleeper sofa, bathroom linens (towel and washcloths for each person the condo has the capacity to sleep), a bathmat, a dish towel, toilet paper, trash bags, bar soap, liquid dishwashing soap (for hand-washing dishes), and powdered dishwasher detergent (for the dishwashing machine). Neither paper towels nor coffee filters will be provided!!

THE RESORT:
At 4,848 feet, Snowshoe Mountain has the best skiing south of Vermont and east of Colorado, and is the perfect all-season destination in West Virginia’s Allegheny Mountains. You’re sure to find an activity to keep all your family members happy.
● Winter – With an average yearly snowfall of 180 inches, the mountain offers 250 acres of skiable terrain, 61 slopes, 12 lifts, night skiing in Silver Creek, and 5 terrain parks for all skill levels. When you feel like taking a break from skiing or snowboarding, try out other activities such as the Coca-Cola tubing park, Polaris RZR tours, snowmobile tours, horse-drawn sleigh rides, and the Snowshoe spa, to name a few.
● Summer – Enjoy the Snowshoe Bike Park with 40 downhill trails at your disposal. Other activities include hiking, horseback riding, geocaching, clay shooting, golfing, kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing, relaxing by Shavers Lake, etc.
ADDITIONAL NOTES:
● Please be courteous and considerate of the other guests and abide by the quiet hours from 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM.
● Party away on the mountain or at a local restaurant. But, please, no parties in the condo.
● If you need additional accommodations, please ask me about my other condos in the Snowshoe Mountain Resort.
PETS: While we absolutely adore our furry friends and wish you could bring them with you, unfortunately, the building is not pet-friendly, so we have to insist you find alternative accommodations for your pets.. However, if you have a certified Service Animal, let us know ahead of time so we can accommodate you.
EARLY CHECK-IN: While we know you are excited to kick off your vacation, please note we cannot guarantee anything earlier than a 5:00 PM check-in. Mountain Lodge may be able to accommodate your request for an earlier check-in as long as the previous Renter has departed by 11:00 AM and the housekeeping team is not short-staffed. On extremely busy days or holiday weekends, we appreciate your patience if our staff is running behind in cleaning and resetting the condos.
LATE CHECK-OUT: Unfortunately, these are not possible. If you’d like a late checkout so you can enjoy all the mountain has to offer, we’re happy to book you for another night, if this or any of our other properties is available.
PARKING: Your reservation includes a parking pass so you can park for free at the Silver Creek Lodge.

Loved the room. Was perfect for my son and I. Only complaint was the bed was on the firmer side and my back wasn’t used to it. Definitely would recommend to a friend and will definitely rebook for a future trip

Silver Creek unit 2211. Great place to stay! I was worried when I reserved because the place looked small in the pics, but I just loved it! So convenient to ski in & out of & drop off ski rentals. Coffee shop & sports bar in bldg. Free car chargers. Free shuttle to other slopes & The Village. The room had everything you need. I loved the firm memory foam bed. Quiet, comfortable, clean, convenient.

This was our first time re-visiting Snowshoe WV in 19 years. Because we booked last minute we spent each night of our 4 night trip in separate places —which I do not recommend. Two of our nights were in the village. This was by far the BEST out of all 4. The owners were so responsive, kind and helpful. The unit is amazing and perfect for my husband and I. It is updated and clean. The decor was so inviting and the owners have done a great job making this smaller space usable with a wall quartz countertop with barstools and under bed storage. The bed was so comfortable. There are even boot warmers! (I think- we didn’t get a chance to use them). Silver Creek is IMO the best place to stay because everything is there, skiing, night skiing, restaurants and shops for things we may have forgotten. The pool/hot tub/sauna was the après-ski wind down and relaxation. The bus/shuttle is available to take you to the village to ski Snowshoe Mtn and to enjoy shops and dining there. The only thing that needs to be improved would be the lighting in the bathroom as it is quite dark in the shower—like maybe an overhead fan/light combo instead of just the wall lights over the sink. Don’t forget to bring paper towels if you plan to cook! 5/5 stars and would definitely stay again!
