Little Mountain Retreat is a custom log home completed in 2008 and located 'just a few miles from everything'.
Enjoy the solitude and relax by the fireplace in this 3 bedroom/2 bath log home. Grill steaks on the backporch or gather by the fire pit in the back yard and roast hotdogs and marshmellows. Pocahontas County is 'nature's mountain playground' and outdoor activities abound. Nearby the Greenbrier River offers canoeing, kayaking, swimming, and fishing while the Greenbrier River Trail is designated for biking, hiking, horseback riding and XC skiing. Watoga State Park also borders the Greenbrier river.
The surrounding National Forest and state lands offer excellent hunting, fishing and camping.

Nice cabin. Wonderful back porch for relaxing. Very pretty. Very close to the Cranberry Wilderness, one of the most beautiful places in the East.

This home was fantastic! I love all the decor and attention to detail. Bed was very comfortable House was very clean. Shower was great. Great location, close to parks. Our dog loved the big yard. Nice back porch to enjoy a glass of wine. Kitchen was well equipped. Nice living room to relax after sight seeing. Adorable home...I hope to come back!

Fireplace needed new gas logs. So no fireplace. Attempted to grill steaks. No gas for the grill.
