APARTMENT 1 LINE PLAYA SAN JUAN ALICANTE

Amazing, clean and spacious apartment right on the beautiful beach - surrounding area a bit quiet for us as not many cafes or restaurants but only a 5 min bus ride from the centre of playa de juan where there is more going on. Very friendly owners (who only speak spanish) - they went out of their way to help us when we arrived by driving us to the supermarket to get food. Only negative was the neighbour’s dog barking continuously from 7.30am til 11.30pm but this didn’t interfere with our sleep too much as our asleep time roughly coincided with that anyway. Overall great place

Stayed for 8 days at this lovely clean apartment shops , tram , taxi ,restaurant's and beach all on the door step. We had a really nice relaxing holiday which was just what we wanted will be booking this apartment again as it has everything you needed washing machine came in handy came home with all clean clothes also the kids bedroom is at the other side of the apartment with there own bathroom which was great as children can be loud. For us I give 5 star as this apartment was perfect for us and the owners are lovely and very helpful. The view from the apartment is amazing some really lovely sun sets and also the view of the pool and sea was lovely.

On arrival we were given a very warm welcome by Pilar and her husband who showed us around the beautiful and spotlessly clean apartment which is very well equipped with plenty of towels, bed linen and even beach towels which meant not having to take ours which is a bonus with small luggage allowances these days. It is very well situated just across the road from a large and very clean beach. The tram stop is just a couple of hundred yards along the promenade and takes you into Alicante or the other way to El Campello where you can change trams and go on to Benidorm if you wish. Just a couple of streets up from the promenade you can catch the bus, so it is very easy to get around without the need of hiring a car if you wish. If you do have a car, there is secure private parking underneath the apartments. There are at least 2 good supermarkets close by which are very well stocked with everything you could need. We enjoyed sitting out on the veranda looking out onto the sea which was very relaxing and the pool in front of the apartment was kept spotlessly clean as were the gardens..We will definitely will be coming back here again and thank Pilar for all her help.
