You will love this spacious detached apartment in prime location. There is a living space with pull out sofa bed, tv with Roku including Disney+, Amazon video, and YouTubetv. Expandable dining table seats 2-4. Full size kitchen with plenty of storage. Bedroom features a king size memory foam bed, closet, ceiling fan, and a pool/spa view. There is a patio designated for this apartment as well as large shared pool deck and patio. Beach gear, kayaks are all available for use. Please note: pool and spa are NOT heated. Overflow spa is for aesthetic purposes only, it will not be heated. Water temperatures will be cooler in winter months.

The property was exactly what we expected. The owners are a young family with a very friendly dog. They even responded to a call late one night when we locked ourselves out. Steps from a beautiful park on the water and there are lots of beach accessories available for use in the garage. Great central location for beaches and downtown St. Petersburg. Would definitely stay there again.

We found this property was ideal for people looking for a quiet relaxing time. The pool is nice at the end of a hot afternoon. The kitchen is quite remarkably outfitted for a small place. A morning or evening walk along the shore at Lassing Park is awesome. You must get to Chataways for a meal. It is an easy walk from the rental. It has a British Garden vibe and specializes in hand helds. If you are up for a high tea they do that. We had breakfast at Point Chaud on Fourth Street. It’s a great coffee house and specializes in Crepes. Awesome! The Sunken Garden is a fifteen minute drive and is well worth seeing. Downtown St Pete, Treasure Island, and the Aquarium are 30 to 50 minutes drive but allow for restaurants, water activities and night life. My wife and I really enjoyed our three night stay.

No contact with host. Shower control hard to turn on. Step down to main room from door and bedroom is a potential hazard. Could not turn off under cabinet lights. No extra garbage bags. Small amount of paper towels.
