Security Deposit
A $500 security deposit may be required, depending on the booking profile. This typically applies to guests without a verified booking history and will be collected before arrival via a secure payment method.
Please note that the security deposit is handled separately and is not included in the reservation total. It is fully refundable, provided there are no damages or violations of house rules.
Mid-Stay Cleaning (Longer Stays)
For stays exceeding 14 days, a mid-stay cleaning may be required to help maintain the home’s condition.
A $100 mid-stay cleaning fee applies and must be scheduled in advance.
Additional cleaning services can also be arranged by guests, if desired.

Bedroom TV did not work. The biggest thing of the whole deal was the showers were way too hot and there was no way to turn it down. I am a contractor so somebody needs to mess with the shower valve. It is way too hot if I had a little kid, we would’ve been in trouble, but other than that it was very pleasant. We would probably be back.
