Host had good communication and the place was clean and very accommodating. Space enough for the three of us who were there. Neighbors were a little off, but I’m sure it might be that way with strangers coming and going from a Vrbo. I only wish we had received all instructions at check in so I didn’t forget to take out the trash. SORRY! House was nicely updated and just perfect for a weekend. Thanks.

The kitchen chairs were very wobbly and loose. We didn't have hot water until the last day of our stay. The owner barely helped us to fix it. We used google and YouTube ti figure out how to work the hot water panel on the wall. In the long run if you turned the handle to cold, you would get hot water. If you turned the shower handle to hot, you would get cold water. The ice machine attached to the fridge also barely ice. We were told before check in there was a noise ordinance from 11 to 7 am. With the house being on a dead end road, the neighbors used our driveway to turn around. Sometimes even blocking the driveway completely. As soon as they would pull in, they would blast their radios. No matter the time of night. We told the hosts and we're asked for pictures and questioned. Being told they COULD send someone out. Noone came out to the property. The internet also didn't work throughout our stay even after resetting the modem. So the TV didn't work. Nice property but the amenities and necessities we paid for didn't work.
