We loved the apartment - it was decorated beautifully, clean, and well kept. The host was great and accessible. The apartment location is central to both coast of St Pete with great entertainment, restaurants, bars, museums, and beaches a short drive/uber away. Definitely would consider staying here again when I am back in the area.

The unit is adorable, check in was easy and neighborhood was cute. After a big rain we had an issue with multiple palmetto bugs (big water roaches) scampering across the floor, kitchen counter and shower surround. My toddler was terrified and wouldn’t sleep all night. We had to keep our luggage zipped and off the floor. Checked out immediately after waking up the next morning and were really upset to hear that only half of our money was refunded. We spent less than 12 hours in the unit as part of a 3 night booking. I won’t be using VRBO again due to this inflexibility. Not like we did anything wrong… and we were the ones who had to scramble for new accommodations.
