In the heart of Little Rock is located this lovely 3-bedroom vacation home. Nestled just a short 12-minute drive from the Simmons Bank Arena and 6 minutes from both the War Memorial Stadium and the Little Rock Zoo, this property offers the perfect home base for your Arkansas adventure.
As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a cozy living room, complete with a fireplace and a smart TV, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The fully stocked kitchen, featuring a stove, oven, refrigerator, grill, and all the necessary appliances, invites you to unleash your inner chef and prepare delicious meals. Enjoy your culinary creations at the dining table, or step outside and fire up the grill for an alfresco dining experience.
Unwind in the comfort of the two bathrooms, complete with towels, basic soaps, and a hair dryer. Keep your wardrobe fresh with the in-unit washer and dryer. The primary bed is a king and has a view of the garden with a walk out space with a small table to sip your morning coffee. The primary bath has a double slipper tub big enough for two. The other bath has a great shower with body sprays with soft fluffy towels.
