First let me say , the Property Owner at the the End made it right.
The Contract was not fulfilled by the Owner due to previous Tenant ( Tornado Victims ) that was not capable to Vacate due to uncontrollable circumstances.
The Owner at the end found a new House that I suggested.
Where we stressed, yes I was because of the uncertainty where to Stay with my Family.
Again the Owner made it right at the End.
