This charming pet and family-friendly house is located just blocks away from the State Capitol and some of the country's top hospitals including UAMS, Children's Hospital, Baptist Hospital and St. Vincent Hospital. With easy access to I-630, you are just minutes away from the Clinton Library, Museum of Discovery, Arkansas Arts Museum and Little Rock Zoo.

The J W Rivers House originally built in 1923, was completely renovated on 2022. The original architecture was maintained and modern conveniences were added such as stainless steel appliances, ceramic tile and granite counter tops in the kitchen and bathrooms, cable, flat screen TVs, electric fireplace, internet accessibility, and a security system. Other features include central heat and air, an open floor plan, and hardwood floors.

This is an amazing property with everything a family could need. Beautifully renovated home with all the right touches. As the owner of a 1902 home I appreciated the careful attention to detail. The house has such charm and character and the decor was eye appealing. Nice to have a small yard for pet walking. The floor plan was perfect for our age ranges of 2 to 84. I would love to have a house plan just like this!

my kids and I came in for a tennis tournament. The house was perfect for us because it’s centrally located. The neighborhood looks like it’s a transitional neighborhood at the moment but we had zero problems. The interior of the home is beautiful and well-maintained.

If you haven’t looked this property up online to see the before, go - now! It is an amazing transformation! House is very well updated! Love to see old historic homes revamped! Great job! My only complaint was that size of beds was not listed but I didn’t even notice while i was booking. It is my bad for not asking. If I remember correctly, 1 king, 2 queens and 2 twin. Would definitely stay here again!!!

We recently stayed at Ruth's place in Little Rock for a family reunion, and it was fantastic. The house, freshly renovated, was clean and inviting with enough room for our whole crew. The location was great, close to everything we needed. What really stood out was Ruth herself. She was super responsive and accommodating, making us feel right at home. All in all, it was a great experience. We'll definitely be back next time we're in town!

We had a great time for a small group birthday getaway weekend. The house is newly listed and everything was generally in order and nice and clean. The locations is great, centrally located near downtown and just a couple of blocks from the historic Little Rock Central Hugh School National Historic Site. The first floor has spacious kitchen and living room for hanging out and relaxing and a lovely front porch for sitting in the mornings or evenings.
