We loved the place! So charming and comfortable. Beds were great and the sofa and chairs in the living room were perfect! We gave location a 4 only because it wasn’t a walkable neighborhood. Proximity to downtown is perfect-just a quick trip.

Great place to stay and convenient to many places. The house is roomy and very clean. There is a shared courtyard in the back with a fountain. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t favorable for being outside, but it would have been a nice place to visit. Will definitely stay here again on future Little Rock trips.

Communication with the property manager was so smooth. All check in and out processes were outlined very well. The location is great. Just minutes away from your major destinations. The house was clean, the kitchen ware was in good condition. Really like the set up of the house and rooms. It felt larger than it actually is which was good for 4 women having a girls getaway. The back yard and the front patio are set up super cute for relaxing outside. Will consider staying again if we go back to Little Rock.

My wife and I rented both house and guest house and it was great as besides us we had our (6) kids, grandchild and (2) dogs. Allowed for the over 18-25 to stay in big house w/ dogs while we brought wife's father and mom (who live locally in Little Rock) to stay over. Perfect location to River Market area, access to highway on/off right there, great location for dogs, peaceful, great outdoor multiple areas to gather. Would return again.

My sister and I rented this house with our toddlers, while in town for a wedding. The house was perfect for the kids - books, games and some toys in the closet that they enjoyed playing with. They also loved the backyard and the water fountain! TV had streaming services as well. The owner Ruth is fantastic and responded to a message within 5 minutes! The neighborhood was a bit rundown, but it was very quiet and 5 minutes from Starbucks/restaurants/etc. We wouldn’t have walked anywhere. My only recommendation is for blackout shades in the bedrooms!

Home was absolutely beautiful and decorated beautifully! We came out for a softball tournament so didn't get much time to enjoy the home fully. We will definitely be back again!
