About this house rental
This home is in a residential area in North Little Rock. It has 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bath, large den with a wood burning fireplace and sleeps up to 12. Base rate is for 4 guest and is published. We have an additional $20 per night, per guest fee over 4 guest. Eat in kitchen, formal dining area and a laundry room. Home sits on a small lake. Enjoy the lake view from the large deck or you can fish from shoreline in the back yard. No swimming We provide WiFi, coffee & all the fixins, shampoo, conditioner and body soap. We provide starter rolls of toilet paper and paper towels.We also provide a hair dryer in each bathroom. Ironing board and iron also provided. We are approx 7 mins from the back gate of the Air Force Base. 10 minutes from Verizon Arena. There is a grocery store 3 blocks away and close to tons of shopping and restaurants. You must be 25 to book and stay for the entire booking, no smokers, no parties, no unauthorized guest. We allow up to 2 Small, NON SHEDDING dogs with a $75 non refundable pet deposit. Pets must be on the booking and approved by the host

Easy check in, house was in a good neighborhood and centrally located.My family and I really enjoyed the house- great space with room to spread out. Great outdoor space also! Next time we stay we will take advantage of the grill and waterfront!

Overall this property gets a 5/5 in value for the price. We had 9 people stay in this house for a week.
The house could use some TLC and there were several maintenance issues that the property manager/ or owner was unaware of. We felt that if someone who had a vested interest in the house had walked through in the last month, then these issues would have been spotted and taken care of. There were some slow drains in the bathrooms, loose bathroom tiles in the shower, and a moldy ceiling in the basement bathroom.
Please bring your own TP if you are staying awhile, only starter rolls are provided. This is NOT something we are used to with other rental vacation homes. Please be aware of poison ivy in the backyard if you have kids. We spotted some on one of the back trees and along the fence line. This would have been nice to know beforehand, because we have kids. The kitchen supplies were subpar compared to other homes we have stayed. We made do, but things were lacking. Like no kitchen wash cloths. We had to buy our own. The oven is very tiny. Dont look at the pictures and expect a grill to cook on. We were very disappointed when we showed up and saw a $30 charcoal grill from Walmart. Pretty much useless and we ended up finishing our burgers in the microwave
Overall our family had a nice week and we enjoyed ourselves. We didn't feel cramped. The lake was very nice and we enjoyed fishing. We just felt let down by some of the maintenance issues and amenities.
