A historic home in West Little Rock? Actually, yes! But not originally. This entire home was formerly located in Midtown area and was moved by an architect and his family in the 1980s. This one of a kind home will absolutely charm you with its beauty! The home has gentle nods to the architect and his artist wife throughout the home, as well as their love for books and deep heart for hospitality. This fun home is a great choice for families and those looking to stay in West Little Rock.
The Space:
Located in west Little Rock, this home, built in 1907, boasts a fun, eclectic floor plan with 11’ ceilings downstairs, two bedrooms downstairs and an open concept upstairs with a king bed, second living space, and three small but functional twin bedrooms. There’s plenty of room to spread out and have your own space!
Guest Access:
House is fully accessible to guests with the exception of the locked cleaning closets.
Other Things to Note:
The stairs leading up to the second floor are a bit steeper than modern stairs. Please keep this in mind.
Interaction with Guests:
We don’t live onsite but are a short ten minute drive if you need us.

In 10 years of home-staying, this is our all-time favorite booking! Excellent layout, everything we needed for our group of 9 (ages 1-78), very comfy beds, nice and clean, everything in good repair, and charmingly decorated! Whenever we all gather in LR again, we’ll be back!

The house was great overall. But we spent around two hours trying to connect tvs to internet find batteries close blinds for privacy. I know big open windows is the main attraction and they are very beautiful but arriving and preparing the home ourselves was something I’ve never experienced before. Also huge red wasp had invaded the upstairs we killed 4 that seemed triple the size of a normal red at the property was
