About this apartment rental
The apartment is lovely, very spacious and bright, quiet well. The building is of recent construction and is all new. It habitable 55m square distributed in living room with sofa bed Italian opening, kitchen with breakfast bar, a bedroom with two beds and a bathroom. It also has a patio.
It is fully equipped. The area is very typical. The beach is a two minute walk from the beach of La Caleta and eight historic center. It is well connected with other parts of the city. The area has all services and there are many terraces where you can enjoy Cádiz cuisine. The central market is one step and is very typical breakfast or snack chocolate churroscon in positions that are around.
It is ideal for a dream vacation in a quiet and peaceful place.

Great location: bars, restaurants, beach are close. Host is helpful, everything was OK. We were two couples staying there without any problem (2 of us were sleeping on the couch).

I highly recommen this apartment. It is in the old town extremelly well located. It is right beside the Caleta beach (2 seconds away). The cetral market, where you can buy fresh groceries & indulge in beautiful spanish food is very close. There are supermarket and lots of wonderful bars and restaurant with terraces. I was in the place in summer during the hotest period but the apartment is very cool. It has a small patio too.
The place was spotless, extremelly clean. It is very spacious, more like the size of a two bedroom. The owners were very correct & friendly and helped with any queries we had.
If I ever visit Cadiz again I will definetly stay here

Our stay at the apartment was great. It was clean and perfectly located. About a 2 minute walk from the beach and a 15 minute walk from the center of Cadiz. The only problem we had was with the owners when we were trying to leave. We originally agreed on leaving at 12 pm, but the owners did not come until 2 pm. We were very frustrated because we had a Bla Bla Car waiting for us and were lucky that the driver was willing to wait. Be cautious if you are on a tight schedule because the owners were not sensitive to our schedule at all.
