The condo is meticulously remodeled. It has everything needed for relaxing and very comfortable stay. The host was extremely attentive and made sure all our needs were met and that we were enjoying our stay in the condo and on the Big Island. We will definitely book another stay at this same condo unit.

Condo has great views, clean and location is great, just far enough away for it to be quiet during the evenings from the stores and restaurants on Ali'i Dr.

The view! The view! The view! This is not just an ocean view. You are on the ocean. You can throw a macadamia nut off the lanai and hit the ocean. The sunsets were spectacular. You can walk to all the major shops and restaurants from the condo.The condo was clean and very livable with all the appliances and well stocked with pots and pans, basic spices, oil/butter and condiments.The AC kept the living room/kitchen cool but it was tough to get the cool air around the corner into the bedroom. But we were fine by just sleeping with the sheet and the ceiling fan on high.The washer and dryer was very appreciated in that it let us wash our clothes in the middle of the week and therefore only bring carry on luggage. The condo is perfect size for a couple. Adding another couple or of a couple kids will require creativity such as an air mattress or sleeping bags on the floor in the living room. But it's doable.Alex the host, called several times and gave us tips on beaches, snorkeling locations and the best restaurants. We ran out of TP halfway through our stay but Alex got us restocked quickly. Great host. Best view we have ever had.

My husband and I stayed at this property from May 20th - June 5th, 2 weeks plus! We have been staying in Alex and Michele's Condo since 2012! The location is perfect, close to shops, restaurants and entertainment.We like the well appointed kitchen for all the cooking and barbecuing we do. The beach chairs and coolers are very convenient for day trips. So go enjoy we will be going back to take in the nightly sunsets and sounds of the waves crashing on the shores!
