About this apartment rental

This condo's spaciousness lanai looks out over the pool to the ocean. The perfect oasis for a cup of coffee in the morning and evening cocktails. Accommodations include a king size mattress in the bedroom and a pull out sofa bed(not pictured) in the living room(good for one adult or 2 kids). There is also a pack and play for those with infants. The condo is tiled throughout and has a washer/dryer. The condo is conveniently located walking distance to historic downtown Kailua-Kona. Free parking. There are some beach essentials: snorkel gear, 2 folding beach chairs, coolers, sand bucket and toys. Keep in mind the beach gear gets used a lot so I definitely recommend bringing you own or renting.

We enjoyed the small complex. The condo and grounds were clean and easy to navigate. We appreciated being able to easily walk to town and a small beach nearby. Thank you for having extras like chairs, a cooler, snorkel gear, and umbrella. This all makes the trip easier. Kitchen was well stocked. Thanks for a great trip!

Location was great, view and beach access was also great. Host was very communicative before trip and let us know of construction that would be going on (didn't bother us but appreciated the thought). Hopeful for future guests that this was a one off, but we were informed it had been vacant for about a month prior to us staying. Likely because of that, there were roaches in the kitchen area. It is a ground level unit so that might not have helped either. We probably killed (or tried to) a dozen roaches when there. It was gross but besides that everything else was in good order. Great AC. Also great coffee shop down the way called Berry Bird. Great location and walkable to most everything you could need.
