Light and Airy with direct Ocean Views from the Lanai, Living and Kitchen areas. Large Ocean Front 611 square foot condo with a full 128 square foot Lanai.
This fully equipped Ocean Front 3rd floor condo is located in the low-rise popular Kona Reef complex (Unit A26). Just steps to the Ocean and the white sand beach park next door. It has a short 3 minute walk to shops, open markets and restaurants in the picturesque town of Kailua-Kona. There is free parking for renters (both open or covered), elevators, air conditioning and secured DSL internet access (WIFI).
The Kona Reef complex offers an Oceanfront Pool, Jacuzzi / Hot Tub, Gas Grills and Pool Side Dining area.
Remodel completed December, 2018.
Please note we have a 5 night minimum rental requirement. (4 Night Min during Summer Season / 10 night minimum for the annual Ironman Competition dates / Other exceptions based on available calendar openings)
2026 & 2027 will be interesting years at Kona Reef. There will be Spauling repair occurring throughout the complex. Work on Building A (our Bldg) is completed. The majority of the noise and dust directly affecting our unit is pretty much over. Between the ocean breeze and the sounds of the surf we're pretty isolated from the remaining work.
As work moves on through the year the direct impact will be less, but noise and dust can be anticipated in other areas of the complex during working hours of 8-5 M-F (great time to schedule enjoying seeing the island). Work will rotate through the Parking Areas starting around the end of September through June of 2027. The prices on the Calendar have been discounted from 50% to 10% from regular rates based on the amount of impact to our renters anticipated.

What an amazing time! The condo is spectacular with the most beautiful ocean views from the lanai. It was a perfect place to take in the sound of the waves and spend time watching the surfers catch a wave. It was a perfect location right next to a small beach and close to restaurants and shopping. We hope to stay again! Definitely recommend!

We loved this condo. It had everything that we needed and the view right onto the ocean waves and daily entertainment watching the surfers cannot be beat. I'm one to overthink everything so I compared all the available units and I was so glad I picked this one because of the location. The parking was a breeze - never had any issues. The pool and hot tub were always spotless and clean. The condo had everything we needed. Bruce's communications were clear and he answered all of my questions. We thought the location was great. Just a little walk up the street to a bunch of restaurants. Always seemed safe and everyone we saw nearby was very nice. Thank you!
