You have just found your own personal, tropical hideaway … a spectacular, ocean-front designer condo literally just steps away from the crystal blue Pacific Ocean!

This is elegant tropical living at its best, with a king-size bed (and premium mattress), slate floors, granite countertops, gourmet kitchen with new stainless steel appliances, central air conditioning, Travertine bath with a raised vessel sink, and tropical touches throughout.
The convenient, ground floor location means you have paradise at your feet: Merely stroll 20 yards out from the lanai (patio) and you’re standing in the ocean, with a picturesque white sand beach cove just a few more feet down to your left. Or go 30 feet out the front door to the pool. No winding staircases or out-of-the-way elevators.
As you would expect in a condo this luxurious, it is fully equipped with everything you could need for a comfortable stay: A fully equipped kitchen, with a full array of utensils, including BBQ accessories. A washer and dryer right in the unit makes sure you feel right at home. We expect you to return often, as most of our guests do. The Kona Reef is the most convenient location in Kona, and this is the ultimate unit at the Kona Reef.
So sit back and enjoy spectacular sunsets as daredevil surfers and playful dolphins dodge sea turtles right in front of you,... as all of you keep a keen lookout for humpback whales when they are in town.
And then ask yourself: after traveling thousands of miles to get here, was it worth a few extra dollars per night to spend your time in a place just as beautiful as the paradise that surrounds it? Of course it was, but we are actually priced lower than many other units, which shows that sometimes the best actually costs less.

It was in a great location. Nice and close to the ocean and able to hear the waves crashing.A bit dated some of the decor n such but worked really well for our trip as we spent most days travelling around the big island and some night and mornings in the lovely pool area. Grills in the common area wereIn great shape.

This is the perfect location for visiting the area. Just a 5 min walk to the stores and restaurants. There is a small public beach right next to the complex. Magic sands beach is a walkable distance or can take the heliobus. The supermarkets Kta or Foodland sack n save is fairly close. You really don’t need a car if you’re staying here. The unit is fairly well appointed. The kitchen has most everything one would need. Friends visiting commented how nicely the place was decorated. The view from the lanai is unsurpassed. Stunning sunsets every day. The bed is quite comfortable and lots of storage space for clothes. Convenient to have a washer dryer in the unit however if you any sensitivities you may want to bring your own detergent pods. Have given the host a few suggestions to make the renter experience even better. Overall a great experience and would highly recommend.

The location is amazing! Parking is convenient and pool is nice. However, we spent the first 3 days coordinating with maintenance to get the AC repaired, the toilet fixed and the bedroom door to shut, all was fixed. After that the construction started in the unit above - pounding, sawing drilling all day for 5 days - buyer beware...this is to go on until the end of July. I gave feedback to the host and his response was less than empathetic to our experience and no compensation was offered. I would not return.
