You have just found your vacation spot in Paradise! Sit back and enjoy the spectacular, crystal blue and balmy Pacific Ocean.
This one bedroom, one bath, Ocean View condominium is on the second floor of the F building with fabulous ocean/sunset views. It is wheelchair accessible; there is an elevator nearby.
This resort is a mere 30 feet from crystal-clear tide pools where turtles actually frolic in the waves, and about 100 feet to Honl Beach: a picturesque white-sand beach cove right next to the condominium.
This means you have a front-row seat for seasonal whale watching or troupes of spinner dolphins that play year-round in the water right in front of your condo. And facing due west, you’ll enjoy spectacular sunsets almost every evening from the pool and BBQ are while you dine by the sea, or on your private lanai.
Also positioned right next to the shoreline, the Resort’s recently renovated salt water pool and Jacuzzi is just a few steps away from the unit itself; as well as the four immaculately-maintained gas barbecues in the dining cabana adjacent to the pool.

The Kona Reef is walking distance to the charming old fishing village of Kona, which includes the local market, quaint stores & shops, historical sites, an open air bazaar selling fresh foods and local crafts, and many restaurants, from the fine to the funky and everything in between.
Investigate further to find an excellent selection of top-quality, licensed vendors offering romantic cruises, glass-bottom boat tours, sailing, scuba dives, and of course, the deep sea fishing for which Kona is world famous (Kona is the marlin capital of the Pacific). Or if you like to check out the lay of the land, horseback riding, volcano tours, helicopter rides or coffee tours – another famous part of Kona.

We loved staying here in condo F13 in June/July 2026. This is an older building, so if you are picky about minor signs of age around the property, you might notice. We did not mind at all. The actual unit F13 is updated and comfortable and convenient. There is cute Hawaii art around. The current flowered sofa bed looked like such a small couch when we walked in, but folded out super easily into a great bed. Slept an adult very comfortably. There is only an a/c unit in the living room (bedroom is in back of condo) but it was powerful and cooled the house so well so quickly. The place stayed cool, too, we only used the a/c for a tiny bit of each day. Balcony view is awesome. Balcony is big for two and we enjoyed breakfast watching surfers every day. Walk down to the grass/beach for full sunset view. Kitchen had all we needed and cooking was easy. Loved having washer and dryer! Used the beach towels and the snorkel gear that was on the porch. Host was super fast to respond to any question. This location was the huge seller for me and I was right. Seven min walk to great breakfast and dinner and shave ice. Next to a beach (pretty, great for watching surfers, not really a swimming beach or family beach - we drove to those). Great for walking/running on Ali'i drive in the morning. Perfect for couple or couple and a friend/kid. Would need to be comfy being cozy in a small space if you were a family. We had a great trip. :)

The condo did not represent the photos of it but it all worked out a could have days later. Things got fixed quickly.

Easy. Great location. Easy parking. Not fancy but exactly as advertised. Bring shampoo and body wash and beach towels. Easy walk to dining spots. Nice balcony view of the ocean and pool. Has ac.
