The view was great but noise was bad. The construction noise was the worst but also the noise from children in the pool went on way too late. If you are planning on any upcoming renovations, my suggestion would be to install a chair height toilet. This is the first time we have stayed in the C building. Price was great and we slept well on your marvelous bed. Mahalo for the great communications and allowing us to stay in your condo. View was great!

Superb location in Kona. We really enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching/listening to the ocean crash into the rocks below. Sunsets very spectacular. Apartment had everything we needed including ceiling fans, which really helped keep us cool. Within easy walking distance of coffee shops, good restaurants and other shops. Stores like Safeway and Walmart only about a 10-15 min drive away. Communication with hosts was also very good. Strongly recommended.

We really enjoyed staying in C 31 at Kona reef. Unit was clean and stocked with everything we could ever need. Awesome view from the Lani

We had a great stay here. Condo was comfortable. The location is great. It has a nice ocean view and is walking distance to many restaurants.
