About this cottage rental
Small cozy nest for a couple in an old bread oven completely restored, to spend a relaxing or tourist stay among the castles of the Loire.
For your visits: we are located 8 min from Loches, 20 min from Chenonceau, 30 min from Amboise, 35 min from Azay le rideau, 50 min from Chinon, 40 min from Tours, ...
For your leisure: fishing on site in the private pond formerly used to feed the mill and many other nearby activities (karting, natural swimming pool, golf ...), 45 min from the Futuroscope in Poitiers, 45 min from the zoo from Beauval
To welcome you to this 45 m2 gîte, everything has been designed to make your life easier:
- Kitchen open to living room with: 2-burner halogen hob, combined microwave grill, fridge, utensils and cookware, dishes, Senséo coffee machine, toaster.
- Dining area open onto a terrace with: TV, DVD player, 2-seater sofa.
- Upstairs:
- Open and attic room with a XVIIth century framework preserved and restored: 140x190 bed, desk, armchair, clothes rack, iphone charger
- Shower room with wc.
- Independent terrace overlooking private garden and meadow with garden furniture, small covered passage.

Access to the orchard of the property overlooking the pond formerly supplying the mill (fishing possible)
To lighten your luggage, we have chosen to provide free bed linen, tea towels, as well as a starter kit (trash bag, dishwashing liquid, oil, salt, pepper, sugar, tea, 1 roll of toilet paper). made upon arrival. (bathroom linen at an additional cost of 5 € / person)
If you wish, a cleaning fee of 25 euros is available to you to fully enjoy your stay.
Small to medium sized animal accepted on request with a supplement of 25 € for the duration of the stay.

We stayed here for a couple of nights on the way down to south west France. We were very comfortable plus there were some nice walks nearby as we were travelling with our dog.
