We propose a two-room apartment on the ground floor of a house by the sea. Located in the seaside tourist town of San Teodoro, it is easily connected with the famous La Cinta beach directly along the short paved road. Vab Apart is a practical retreat in the heart of the town, ideal starting point for exploring the island of Sardinia.
The apartment comes with air conditioning and furnished in a basic and essential need for a stay. The bedroom has a comfortable bed and terrace, while the spacious living room with sofa bed and TV, also includes a kitchenette with gas stove and full equipment, oven, freezer, dishwasher, covered veranda. The apartment is equipped with a single service private Czech with a hairdryer; iron and ironing board.
The convenient location of the apartment in a residential area in the center of the town, just 700 m from the sea and close to the Police headquarters, as well as enjoying the proximity of a spacious parking for your car, allows you to walk to restaurants, boutiques, bars, banks, pharmacies, discos, etc.

Nicely positioned flat between the beach and the town centre. The air conditioner in every room, washing machine, gas cooker and everything you need in the flat. Would be happy to recommend for staying in San Teodoro.

Easy access to La Cinta and the center of town is just a few minutes walk away. AC was great since it was hot. Its got everything you need in the kitchen if you want to cook. Nice big fridge. Separate bedroom from front room. Very clean! I enjoyed my visit very much.

The Appartement is really nice located near the sea and near the Center of the city. The flat itself was also very nice with a lot of Equipment for the kitchen, washing Maschine, Iron… The handover of the keys was really easy. We will definitely come again.
