Welcome to Mermaid Tales #4- Under the Sea. This beautiful 1 bedroom offers a queen bed, ensuite with walk-in shower, also a sleeper sofa in the living room. The calming coastal hues decorated throughout assist in relaxation after a full day in the sun at the beach or around the pool. Curl up at the end of the day on the couch with a good movie. No need to dine out as there is a fully equipped kitchen available, or grab take out and eat around the table. Guests have access to the complex pool, shared washer and dryer, and other complex activities. Come make your favorite memories at Under the Sea.

Mermaid Tales is a multi-family complex that features 6 separate villas. Villas are available to rent separately or as a group. This complex shares a heated pool with a spill over spa, corn hole, and horseshoes are available for added entertainment. There are 12 beach chairs available for guests that are on a “first come, first serve” basis and are not assigned to any specific unit. The short walk to the beach is only 530 yards away. Times Square is less than a mile from the complex. Guests can find entertainment, shopping, and dining all within the Times Square area.
Area Activities:
Welcome to Fort Myers Beach! There are multiple state parks nearby that are waiting for your adventures. Jump on the trolley to take you south to the secluded Lover's Key State Park or go north to Bowditch Point Park. The Fish Tale Marina offers boat rentals and dockage for those wanting to get out on the water. Travel around the island in style in a rented Moke or golf cart. Trolley service is also available from Estero Boulevard to the Times Square area, the central hub of Fort Myers Beach. Several restaurants, shops, and bars have come back since the hurricane. If a day trip is what you are looking for check out the Key West Express for an unforgettable trip to Key West. Don’t forget to see Sanibel Lighthouse which is less than 15 miles away! Please note that the area is currently rebuilding after Hurricane Ian. Despite the changes, the island continues to get better and better, inviting you to bask in the sun, sand, and amazing sunsets once again. This place was beautiful and if you’re lucky enough to be there when the owner is there, it’s top notch. Karen is incredibly gracious and makes you feel right at home. She told us all of the fabulous places to eat at and see, as well as sharing stories about Hurricane Ian’s devastation. We couldn’t have asked for a better vacation and the weather was perfection!

Location was excellent. Enjoyed the entire week. This property was close to everything we needed. Would definitely stay again. The only downfall of this property was that the bathroom is connected to the bedroom.

Great location. Nice pool. Was fun meeting some of the other renters at the pool. Managers were attentive. Would have liked beach paraphernalia but wasn’t a must have. Would stay there again.

All was fine still too much construction was very difficult to find property street had sings you could not see but people was nice wherever we went
