Calming coastal hues throughout assist in relaxation after a full day in the sun at the beach or around the pool. Curl up at the end of the day on the couch with a good movie. No need to dine out as there is a fully equipped kitchen available, or grab take out and eat around the table. Guests have access to the complex pool, shared washer and dryer, and other complex activities. Come make your favorite memories at Beach Nik.

Mermaid Tales is a multi-family complex that features 6 separate villas. Villas are available to rent separately or as a group. This complex shares a heated pool with a spill over spa, corn hole, and horseshoes are available for added entertainment. There are 12 beach chairs available for guests that are on a “first come, first serve” basis and are not assigned to any specific unit. The short walk to the beach is only 530 yards away. Times Square is less than a mile from the complex. Guests can find entertainment, shopping, and dining all within the Times Square area.
Area Activities:
Welcome to Fort Myers Beach! There are multiple state parks nearby that are waiting for your adventures. Jump on the trolley to take you south to the secluded Lover's Key State Park or go north to Bowditch Point Park. The Fish Tale Marina offers boat rentals and dockage for those wanting to get out on the water. Travel around the island in style in a rented Moke or golf cart. Trolley service is also available from Estero Boulevard to the Times Square area, the central hub of Fort Myers Beach. Several restaurants, shops, and bars have come back since the hurricane. If a day trip is what you are looking for check out the Key West Express for an unforgettable trip to Key West. Don’t forget to see Sanibel Lighthouse which is less than 15 miles away! The place was very clean and everyone was very friendly and helpful. However there was no place to hang towels, there is no place to put shampoo (etc.)in the shower. There was no hangers to hang up clothes. I used the rod in the closet to hang up the towels and the rod was not secured and the rod fell. The pool area was dirty unkept. It was a cute pool I just didn’t want to swim in it.

The stay was ok. Location is ideal for the beach. The shower curtain was moldy and there was an empty toilet paper roll under the bed. The other renters had a dog that was really protective and scared my wife not allowing us to utilize the pool/hot tub. BBQ was a nice addition and community washer/dryer. We also took advantage of the the beach chairs and cooler
