Welcome to Mermaid Tales #1- Coconut Cove. This beautiful 1 bedroom offers a queen bed, ensuite with walk-in shower, also a sleeper sofa in the living room. Calming coastal hues throughout assist in relaxation after a full day in the sun at the beach or around the pool. Curl up at the end of the day on the couch with a good movie. No need to dine out as there is a fully equipped kitchen available, or grab take out and eat around the table. Guests have access to the complex pool, shared washer and dryer, and other complex activities. Come make your favorite memories at Coconut Cove.

Mermaid Tales is a multi-family complex that features 6 separate villas. Villas are available to rent separately or as a group. This complex shares a heated pool with a spill over spa, corn hole, and horseshoes are available for added entertainment. There are 12 beach chairs available for guests that are on a “first come, first serve” basis and are not assigned to any specific unit. The short walk to the beach is only 530 yards away. Times Square is less than a mile from the complex. Guests can find entertainment, shopping, and dining all within the Times Square area.
Area Activities:
Welcome to Fort Myers Beach! There are multiple state parks nearby that are waiting for your adventures. Jump on the trolley to take you south to the secluded Lover's Key State Park or go north to Bowditch Point Park. The Fish Tale Marina offers boat rentals and dockage for those wanting to get out on the water. Travel around the island in style in a rented Moke or golf cart. Trolley service is also available from Estero Boulevard to the Times Square area, the central hub of Fort Myers Beach. Several restaurants, shops, and bars have come back since the hurricane. If a day trip is what you are looking for check out the Key West Express for an unforgettable trip to Key West. Don’t forget to see Sanibel Lighthouse which is less than 15 miles away! Please note that the area is currently rebuilding after Hurricane Ian. Property was great with a small pool that we used on a very windy day. The apartment was very clean and all of the appliances worked with a nice assortment of utensils. TV and internet worked fine. Furniture was good but the managers were going to wait to replace our bedroom blinds. We still had some broken ones that were adequate.Location and neighborhood were nice and within walking distance of a nice beach. We enjoy Ft Myers and love the vibe and people.

Small but nice. The weather was perfect! The kitchen was nice.
The door to our unit was hard to lock and unlock with the keypad. The door kept popping open.
The bedroom sheer curtains were useless keeping light out of the room for sleeping.
I didn't like the access to the bathroom as we had an adult daughter with us, having to come thru our bedroom at night to go to the bathroom.
Would be perfect for college kids.
