Cocoonr offers this superb flat for rent in Nantes, located in a peaceful, pretty area close to the hypercentre. Located on the ground floor (with a few steps down to the hallway), this 32 m² apartment can accommodate up to 2 travellers. It comprises a living room, a fitted kitchen, a bedroom and a shower room. If you're spending a few days or a few weeks in Nantes, whether on business or on holiday/weekends, don't miss out on a stay in this unique place! 4* hotel-quality linen at your disposal, with beds made up on arrival. - An open-plan kitchen with appliances including: electric kettle, toaster, hob, fridge, microwave, oven, coffee maker, etc.
- One bedroom with double bed (140x190)
- A bathroom with shower and WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: hairdryer, clotheshorse, ironing board and iron, washing machine...
The flat is ideally located in Nantes, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, the market...
Neighbourhood :
- Located next to Place Canclaux, with a wide range of local shops including an excellent bakery, pharmacy, newsagent, cafés, etc.
- The Chézine river is just a few minutes away.
- The building is surrounded by narrow streets and cul-de-sacs with the quiet charm of a village.

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the nearby pay car park (17 rue de Gigant).
