Welcome to Le Jad'Or, a charming, tastefully renovated duplex apartment nestled in a quiet location on the 3ᵉ floor (no elevator) of a secure residence. This cocoon for two offers a perfect balance of contemporary style and comfort, just minutes from downtown Nantes. Ideal for a business stay or a weekend for two, you'll benefit from a private parking space, ultra-fast fiber connection and all amenities nearby.
A cosy, functional interior:
-Fully equipped kitchen (combi oven, Nespresso, ceramic hob, washing machine...) for family cooking.
Comfortable living room with flat-screen TV, wifi, and dining area.
-Upstairs: bedroom with double bed (160x200), large dressing room, office area.
-Modern bathroom with shower and toilet.
For your convenience, a washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron are available.
Ideal location:
Just a stone's throw from Place René Bouhier and its local shops, bakery, wine shop, supermarket, florist, pharmacy... Not forgetting the local gourmet addresses! On the banks of the Erdre, close to the quays: ideal for gastronomic strolls or moments of relaxation along the water.
Transport:
Direct access to the river shuttle to discover Trentemoult, a picturesque village on the banks of the Loire.
- By car: An underground parking space is available (secure gate and numbered space). We'll give you your badge on arrival. Parking dimensions (height 1.75m / width 3m / depth 4.80m).
- Bus line 11 takes you to the magnificent Place de l'Opéra Graslin, as well as to all other points of interest.
- Tramway: line 1, “gare maritime” stop, is a 5-minute walk away, and will take you to Place du Commerce and the Château des Ducs de Bretagne in less than 15 minutes.
- Station: only 5 tramway stations away

Jad'Or Very clean and looks exactly like the photos. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Couch is comfortable and the coffee machine makes really delicious coffee. The internet speed was fast (~200mbps) and sufficient for working. Definitely would recommend and visit again. Warnings: bathroom has a bad sewage smell (even when clean) and the mattress is very thin so it may hurt your back.

Jad'Or Great location within easy walking distance of the centre of the city and all attractions. Appartement was clean and well looked after and well equipped. A fan would have helped with the hotter nights but otherwise no complaints.
