Cocoonr is offering this superb flat for rent in Nantes, situated in a peaceful, attractive neighbourhood close to the city centre. Situated on the ground floor (with a few steps leading to the hallway), it has a floor area of 32 m² and can accommodate up to 2 guests.
It comprises a living room, a fully fitted kitchen, a bedroom and a shower room. - Situated next to Place Canclaux: plenty of local shops such as an excellent bakery, a chemist’s, a newsagent’s, cafés…
- It takes just a few minutes to reach the Chézine

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the nearby public pay-and-display car park (17 rue de Gigant)

Nelson I really enjoyed it apart from the smell in the kitchen

Nelson "🙂 We arrived and the host was there and super friendly making effort to speak English for us to understand. The apartment was what it looked like in the pictures, and the location was in a beautiful part of the side of the center, so maybe 15 mins walk to the city center. Really nice neighborhood and pretty walk to city. All was really fine and comfortable.
🙁 We had read the review about a tobacco smell, and though it was not at all as bad as the previous visitors said (we are non-smokers) we could see they had sprayed some very strong scented spray to cover it so it was instead a very strong smell of that. Also the drain in the kitchen sink was smelling very strongly of the pipes, so the pipes should probably need to be cleaned. Other that the scent, all was good and honestly we were not there much and it was not too bad at all, we would go back."
