**PLEASE NOTE: The guest who makes the reservation/the name on the rental agreement must be at least 25 years old, and he/she must be in the rental the entire length of the stay. It was a rainy weekend and all we could do was stay inside. Being inside was just fine in this house. It was perfect absolutely for us 10 ladies. We have no complaints. I will be booking with itrip again they made my planning easy. This house is gorgeous.

This house is perfect. It has everything that you need and very close to the beach/ resort.
We stayed with another family and everyone had their own personal space as well as bathroom.
The pool was perfect and didn’t need to be heated at all in September.
Definitely going to book again!

The property was EXTREMELY dirty. Floors had visible garbage left behind in the living area, the floors had not been swept (large crumbs under the dining and living room table), carpet had not been vacuumed, countertops had not been wiped, primary suite bathroom had a giant wad of hair on the countertop, upstairs bedroom sheets FULL of hair! We spent part of our trip washing sheets just so we could sleep the first night. We alerted management the next morning at 7:00a.m. A cleaning crew member did not show up until well after noon. We missed out on most of the day waiting on them. We took several photos to document and support our allegations and sent this info to management. This was BY FAR the most frustrating and disappointing accommodations we have had since we started doing these trips. The property is a beautiful property that was poorly maintained, so it wasn’t the fault of the property itself. The owner should definitely have harsh words for the cleaning company AND the management company that manages the property. It is not likely that we will be staying at, nor will we recommend any property associated with ITrip Vacation Rentals.
