Sarasota/Bradenton Airport is a breezy 15 minute ride from this perfect location. This airport is small and easy to arrive and depart. Car Rentals are located right as you exit the airport. Guests can also utilize local taxi services, airport shuttles, ubers & lift services to help accommodate your travel plans. Driver seat Sarasota is a local shuttle that can assist with whatever travel accommodations you need.
Property can be accessed via electronic door code, sent to allow guests on day of arrival.
Parking is available on site for a maximum of 4 cars in the driveway.
This property must be rented for a minimum of 7 nights. If the travel dates you are looking for don’t appear to be available, please contact our reservations team directly and we will see if we can accommodate your request at your property of choice, or another comparable home in our portfolio.
Prior to your stay, we require you to complete a pre-arrival form and sign & agree to our rental conditions.
Accidental Damage Insurance: Accidental Damage Insurance is included within all guest stays at Gulfcoast Holiday Homes. On this property, for stays greater than 29 nights, an additional $90 will be due as the current rates are for 29 nights or less. For additional blocks of 30 nights past 59 nights you, will be charged $71.
Guests must cancel at least 60 days before check-in to receive a full refund for all nights, minus a 10% processing fee.
Guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in to receive a 50% refund for all nights.
If a guest cancels less than 30 days before check-in, you’ll be charged 100% for all nights.
We strongly recommend that you purchase your own travel insurance for your protection.

Our family of 6 adults and two kids had a fantastic stay at Palm Paradise. Close to Siesta Key Beach, great restaurants and the pool amenities were perfect. We appreciated having the beach chairs and sand toys to use as well. We would definitely stay again!

This house was perfect for our family, so much attention to details, utensils for the toddler, speaker for the pool, cooler, nice chairs, towels to use for pool and beach! Along with ease of communication if a question did come up. Location was convenient to restaurants, beach and airport. We reconnected and relaxed thanks to an awesome place for a home away from home feel! Thank you again for a wonderful stay!

We were there for the USRowing Home is an recent remodel of an older home in a nice neighborhood, just off of the major thoroughfare South Tamiami. It is centrally located to everything we wanted to do in the area. We used the pool and grill, both of which were wonderful! Grocery store was right around the corner and Taylor made checkin/checkout effortless!
We will book again next year!!!

The host has thought of everything a traveller will need .
It was very nice there was beach chairs that save $ not to have to rent them .The whole family really enjoyed our stay :)
