We will have POOL/SPA heated to 85 degrees from November to April.
We have an uncaged pool which means you might expect to see leaves in pool during your stay during season. We do have weekly cleaning of pool and have nets available for guest to use in between cleanings.
We do not use any form of recording devices or cameras inside the premises. We only utilize camera on front door ring camera, over garage door and right side front by double gates for check in and safety. Front entry door can be accessed using the same key code provided to you prior to check-in.
There is no garage door opener use as the garage is not meant for parking a vehicle. The garage door can be opened via the code provided to you prior to check-in or by pressing the button once inside. SRQ Certificate VR24-00033

The pool and hot tub are as advertised and very well maintained. The hot tub was great and everything easy to operate. We commented to each other often how the hosts have really thought of everything in and out of the home and clearly take pride in hosting. Super comfortable!Also, we had two small dogs and the backyard is completely enclosed and safe.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was a perfect fit for our family of five and our dog. The backyard was definitely the highlight — we loved spending time in the heated pool and hot tub. The location was great as well, close to restaurants, a nice park for walking, the YMCA for workouts, and several beaches. Luis was very easy to work with and always quick to respond to any questions we had. We’d happily stay here again!

The house was perfect for visiting with family. The outside area is beautiful and private. Hot tub, fireplace, and bbq were a nice addition.

Had a great time at Costal on Hyde! Good location on a quiet and relaxing street. Luis was very responsive and their knowledge of the area was a great help. Would definitely stay again.
