Welcome to Pineapple House Sarasota—where location, comfort, cleanliness, and relaxation come together.
Unwind in your own private tropical oasis featuring a pool, hot tub, fire pit and gas grill. This area is very private and perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.
The home is ideally situated just a 5-minute drive to two world-famous white-sand beaches—Siesta Key Beach and Lido Key Beach. All while being just 2.3 miles from downtown Sarasota with vibrant dining and theater. This house puts you close to everything the area has to offer.
Plus, you’ll love being within walking distance of local restaurants (Baker and Wife, Conners Steak and Seafood, etc), local bakery, Cinebistro and grocery. Paved walking trail on side of house leads you to these fabulous high rated places.

• Secondary bedroom has TWIN over FULL bunk with a TWIN trundle.

• Beaches - Only 5 miles to the large SIESTA KEY BEACH parking lot and 6 miles to LIDO KEY BEACH.
• Paved trail on east side of house - walkable to local restaurants, grocery and shopping
• Downtown - 2.5 miles to famous Downton Sarasota restaurants, shopping, arts and nightlife.
Beaches - both beaches have large FREE public parking lots and a concession stand with good hot food and refreshing frozen drinks (including alcoholic). Siesta Key Beach's sand is 99% quartz, which makes it white and powder soft. Siesta Key has two lively areas for dining..... The Siesta Key village and an another area by the South bridge. Be sure to visit the Siesta key Village and also Saint Armands for great shopping. LIDO KEY is an exciting spot with lots to do including kayaking/stand up paddle boarding in the mangroves, hang out at Lido beach or stroll around the restaurants and stores of St Armands Circle. If you are worried about finding parking at Lido Key Beach, you can park downtown and hop on the FREE Breeze Rider Open air trolley. Check out the website and app for schedule.
Grab your FISHING pole and head to the water, just 1.3 miles to the Siesta Dr - north bridge for fishing. Several great fishing spots in the area, please let me know and I can give you more details!
DOWNTOWN - 2.3 miles from house - Whole Foods and farmers market and too many restaurants to name such as: Marina Jack’s, O’Leary Tiki Bar and grill, Owen’s Fish Camp, Duval's, Boca, etc.... a fun area to walk around and dine. Theater and arts are big in Sarasota. Check out the local theater events and shows. You can also take sightseeing boat cruises from the marina.

This place was amazing and exceeded our expectations. If you are looking for a fun place for your family this is a must super close to the beaches and right in the center of everything to do! We were in town for graduation and it was a perfect place for our mini vacation. Communication was easy check in was easy and everything was just as we needed!

The Pineapple House was amazing! The beautiful backyard and pool provided hours of fun and relaxation. We appreciated Christine’s responsiveness to our questions and needs. Definitely will book another stay when we plan our next trip to Sarasota!

We love the Pineapple House. It is in a quiet neighborhood, close to restaurants and shopping. The back yard is secluded and scenic with a nice pool. This was our third time staying there and everything was just as we expected it to be. Christine was great to work with, as usual. We will be back!

The house was lovely and perfect location for what we needed which was to explore the nearby beaches . It was exactly as described and lots of things available to use . The only issue we had were we arrived on Sunday and the pool was really dirty and not cleaned until the Tuesday, but once it was cleaned it was good. Bins outside in the garden were not collected until following Friday , they were full when we arrived and the smell was really bad, they were infested with maggots and flies . Under the beds was not clean and there were items of clothing left from previous occupants in drawers .We had an issue with the app and therefore could not contact the host . I tried the phone number supplied on a number of occasions but no reply . I also contacted VRBO and asked for them to forward messages on, and contact the host on our behalf to let them know we were struggling to read messages or communicate. They passed on the emails which had been sent, but would not contact the host on our behalf and give them alternative contact details. This was disappointing .
