The house was very cozy, in a great location and next to a nice park. The owner was very communicative and a fast responder. Overall, it was a great stay.

The property is next to a local park that encourages dog walkers and we had a constant parade. Our dog was a little overwhelmed as she is an old lady, but it was delightful. There were a few glitches, but our homeowner corrected everything. We are already talking about next year.

Kim was very quick on responding to my emails. The pool was a hit with us. The kids got to swim while we cooked or hit ready to head to beach which was very close. We spent a lot of our time at Siesta key beach. The weather was perfect. The home had everything we needed including a high chair which came helped us out since we were driving. Kim was also very kind to let us check in early since we drove straight through from Michigan. I would highly recommend staying here.

We enjoyed our short stay in this home. We were close to everything in Sarasota. The park adjacent to the property was lovely. All in all, I would recommend.
