The Breakwater Beach Pad combines luxury, convenience, and location. Relax while watching the waves break or enjoy the many amenities of North Coast Village that are surrounded with lush tropical landscaping. This is a studio (no separate bedroom) condo with the finest features and new contemporary furnishings. These features include: Samsung HDTV, Wireless Internet Connection throughout the condo, community, and beach, a wall mounted LED color changing fireplace, two ceiling fans (No AC- portable available), Fisher Paykel Two-Drawer Dishwasher and Refrigerator with a wine rack, Wolf Stove, Kitchen Aid Convection Oven/Steamer/Microwave (not a full sized oven), a spa-like bathroom with towel warmer, a custom wall bed with a high end memory foam mattress that can be stored easily away for extra living space, a pull-out sofa to accommodate two additional guests, an ottoman that pulls out to a small bed, and a balcony to enjoy the ocean view with a breeze! Once you have stepped onto the grounds of North Coast Village you will be surrounded by waterfalls, saltwater pools, spas, and a large Koi ponds. There is a Recreational Room equipped with pool tables, ping-pong, and fuse-ball. There is a small putting green and a fitness room complete with a sauna room. If you take a few more steps you will find yourself on the white sandy shores of Breakwater Beach. There is a lot to see and do within walking distance but please browse our website to discover all that Oceanside and San Diego have to offer. PLEASE NOTE: North Coast Village is a smoke free community and smoking is not permitted inside the unit.

I was excited to see the room we got this year, based on the price I figured it was going to be epic! Little did I know that when I looked into the bathroom area for the bedroom THERE WASNT ONE !? We’ve been coming here for 20+ years and I’ve never seen a studio ! Probably my bad for not noticing the small square footage and assuming spaciousness on the price range.
But we adapt. I did have 4 family members in here at one point and I do not recommend that at all ! Unless the are all under 5’6” and 100lbs as we had to remove the pads from the Ottoman and the couch so brother and his son could fit on it without sleeping on bars for a week.
Let’s splash in some good. Great view (BEWARE THE BEE SWARM). Quick access to beach. Plenty of towels.
But no dish soap, no scrubbie, no batteries in the3D glasses, no remote for the TV, freezer melts Ice into an iceberg as it makes it, no organization to kitchen goods (and lots were dirty).
You need a new shower head. There’s good pressure in the tub but the mineral deposits have slowed the shower head to a light trickle.
I hope by pointing out these things they can get fixed so the next guests that rent D110 will have a better stay than us (we are extremely adaptable but still need to point out the problems). We however will not be staying in this room again.
