About this apartment rental
Our condo is freshly painted with a fully equipped kitchen which includes a coffee maker, microwave and blender. This unit also includes a king size bed in the bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room, 2 televisions, internet access. There is a beautiful ocean view which can be enjoyed from both the balcony and the kitchen area while preparing a meal.
Our condo is ideal for 2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults.
North Coast Village is a large condominium complex that is maintained like a resort with lush grounds including rivers and a koi pond. The complex is gated with 24 hour security. There are two heated pools, two hot tubs, out door showers to rinse off after spending the day at the beach or pool. Other amenities include a barbeque area which over looks the newly renovated pool and hot tub, along with a nearby putting green. For those who want to keep up with their daily work out schedule there is a fitness room with a sauna that is a short walk from your condo. A recreation room is also available with a big screen television, card tables, pool table, ping pong and a foosball table which is ideal for large groups and families vacationing together. North Coast village is located on a beautiful beach that has great surfing, swimming, volleyball, nearby fire pits and is within walking distance of the Oceanside pier and Marina which includes a variety of restaurants and gift shops. Oceanside has many attractions nearby like LEGOLAND, sport fishing and the Amtrak station which could take you to nearby Del Mar race track, San Diego attractions like Padres Baseball, The San Diego Zoo and Sea World.

The king size bed was very comfy, the place was clean, check in was easy, covered garage was great. The condo is weathered, worn, need paint however clean and so are many of the condos in that village similar to this one. We attended a wedding so we were able to check out our family's rentals. The carpet is weathered, worn out and used and so it does not match the title of "new carpet and flooring". Maybe it was new however it's used, worn out and weathered. I don't understand why rentals have carpet which is quite disgusting. We knew this going in so we're not taking off a star because of that. The reduction in star rating is that the condo is weathered, worn out, needs updating and pricey for not meeting the description. All in all, it's a good location, clean (although skeevy carpet) and the king size bed was great. The kitchen looked like it had stocked items although we did not use/cook. Thank you.

Great condo, great host! We’ve been to North Coast Village several times over the years, and this unit was perfect. Very comfortable bed, sectional is huge and perfect for lounging or sleeping. Very clean, well equipped. Good view, I could just keep going. Will definitely check this one for availability next time we go to Oceanside.

The condo was fantastic. North Coast is really an unbeatable location. The unit was well equipped and had everything you need. We really enjoyed our stay.
